Delivery Guidelines

This Delivery Guidelines will help you to go through the important notices before appointing Ryushin Logistics to deliver your items.

Importance/ Surcharges

Select the appropriate delivery option based on size or weight, whichever is greater.
Incorrect sizing may result in a surcharge and delays should the item fails to fit onto the delivery vehicle.
Item for ‘Document’ deliveries has to weigh less than 500grams.

1-Hour Express : Pickup and delivery will be completed within 1 hour.
3-Hour Express : Pickup and delivery will be completed within 3 hours.
Time-specific slot : Time-sensitive deliveries scheduled for a designated time or outside the standard operating hours (9am – 6pm), deliveries may arrive 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time.
Same-Day Delivery :
Pickup Timeframe : Minimum 4 hours
Delivery Timeframe : Minimum 5 hours
Office Deliveries : Before 6pm, bookings must be made before 12pm.
Next-Day Delivery :
Pickup today, delivered anytime the following day (before 6pm).
For guaranteed delivery within a specific time frame, please select ‘Time-Specific Delivery’.
2 Way Round Trip : Pickup from Point A, delivery to Point B, followed by a pickup from Point B and return to Point A on the same day.

Parcel Sizing & Penalties
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct parcel size. Additional charges or penalties may apply for discrepancies in size or delivery specifications.
Packaging Requirements
All items must be packed in a single, sealed package. Senders are responsible for ensuring adequate packaging and protection, including sealing bottle caps and labelling fragile items appropriately.

Account Setup
A one-time Account Opening of $10 and a refundable deposit of $80 (refunded at the end of the contract) are required to initiate storage services
Warehouse Handling Charges:
Move-in: $10/ per pallet
Move-out: $10/ per pallet
Payment Terms
All payments must be made within the first 3 days of each month.
Late Payment
Any delayed payments will incur an interest charge of 7% per month.
Unnotified Delayed Payment
Failure to settle payments without prior notice may result in the disposal of stored items. Ryushin will retain items for a maximum of 3 months before disposal.
