Our facility is also equipped with commercial-grade refrigerators, freezers, and insulated cooler boxes to ensure the integrity of temperature-sensitive inventories.
Account Setup
A one-time Account Opening of $10 and a refundable deposit of $80 (refunded at the end of the contract) are required to initiate storage services.

Payment Terms
All payments must be made within the first 3 days of each month. Any delayed payments will incur an interest charge of 7% per month. Failure to settle payments without prior notice may result in the disposal of stored items. Ryushin will retain items for a maximum of 3 months before disposal.
*Decisions made by Ryushin regarding storage and payment issues are final and irrevocable.
